TEACHING AT THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY COLOGNE
Background for the topic is the growing demand for energy in developing countries, and their governments goal to produce more energy from renewable sources. The global economy is undergoing a massive transition from a fossil fuel based energy supply to a low carbon infrastructure. For this, biomass energy will increasingly become important especially in countries of the developing world where biomass has traditionally been a major source of energy supply.
The seminar will draw from entrepreneurial and practical experience of ForestFinest Consulting’s work and projects to enhance the academic and scientific work of students.
