A comprehensive feasibility study is conducted in cooperation with our client for the commercial investment into the establishment of a sustainable supply chain for fiber board production. The study includes all steps from sourcing of raw materials by afforestation of arid areas until the manufacturing of fiber boards. Co-financed by KfW DEG, and facilitating the development and implementation of the respective investment project, it provides a country analysis, due diligence aspects regarding afforestation, raw material supply and fiber board production, tax and legal issues, evaluation of economic efficiency, risk analysis and preparation of investment schedule.
